Phase 1-Discovery We work closely with the customer to develop a defined scope of
work and detailed business goals, by interviewing the customer and
truly listening to the responses given. We offer options based on
our collective intellectual capital. Phase 2-Design After initial scope approval, we begin developing detailed project
plans, resource requirements, and proposed costs for completing the
project based upon your business goals. FaciliNet then presents the project plans to
your senior management for approval prior to proceeding with full
implementation. Phase 3-Implementation We manage the entire process following our detailed project
plan. It is our responsibility to provide you with updated
schedules, financial reports, and change order updates in a timely
manner. This minimizes delays and financial impact issues, with
regard to the overall project. FaciliNet provides the necessary project
communication during the entire project, based upon a predefined
communication plan discussed during the discovery phase of the
project. Phase 4-Final Delivery and Close It is imperative to the project's success that a formal closure
takes place between you and FaciliNet. At the
closing meeting, we provide all final documentation, as well as
support throughout the transition. We review project and financial
goals to ensure total compliance, and your approval. |
